I am writing to you to let you know that the internet connection that I have taken from your company has started to generate obstacles in my online business owing to its slow speed as well as irregularity.
Let me intimate you that I have been working from home so sending valuable information about fresh arrival clothes, footwear as well as cosmetics to my customers, is a pressing issue. Due to irregular service, my customers have been losing credibility in my online business, and the loss is immense. They are getting delayed information.
To be honest, ever since I made a complaint to your internet service provider, I didn’t get a satisfactory response. I opine that it needs a veteran engineer to resolve the problem. Would you be kind enough to send one of your professionals to my home at any time after 5 pm? If there is no timing issue in the early morning to fix the problem, I would be grateful to you.
