📧 Dear HarmanDeep Singh,

I hope this letter finds you in the best of health and spirits. I apologize for not meeting you last month when I travelled to your city. I understand how disappointing and frustrating it must have been, especially after we had planned to catch up.

I couldn’t contact you earlier due to an unexpected series of events that completely disrupted my schedule. Shortly after arriving, I was called into an urgent work meeting that lasted much longer than anticipated. On top of that, my phone battery died, and I could not find a charger immediately, which further hindered my ability to reach out to you. By the time I resolved these issues, it was already too late, and I deeply regret not being able to inform you in time.

I would love to make it up to you and suggest we plan another meeting soon. How about we meet at the cosy cafe near Central Park next Saturday at 3 PM? I have heard great things about their coffee, and it would be the perfect spot for us to sit down and catch up on everything we have missed.

Once again, I am genuinely sorry for any inconvenience I caused, and I hope we can get together soon to make up for lost time. Please let me know if this time works for you or suggest an alternative that suits your schedule.

I am looking forward to seeing you soon.

Warm regards,
