Some people think that retiring the old staff brings up the advantages for the system and other things that there are disadvantages in this situation. In most nations, people get to retire at the age of 60-65. Well, I am discussing both views in my further writing.

On the one hand, people think that retiring the older people gives opportunities to the younger staff of nation and it brings up the employment in the society. Retirement provides new people a chance to do something in their life and enhances the company’s productivity and workflow. Younger people have more energy than older people, and they have that spark to do something in their life and run their families. Furthermore, Older people take retirement and spend time with their family and friends. After retirement, they can do anything that they are likely to do.

On the other hand, older people have a precious thing that young employees do not have: experience. Older people have rich experience throughout their life, and that helps a lot for an organization to build up their company reputation, and if young people get that experience, so they have to work with some old people. Some senile people have nothing to do after retirement, so the government has to take care of them and provide some easy work.

In conclusion, both aspects bring up the advantages and disadvantages to the nations. Meanwhile, nations have to decide how this thing works accordingly without any harm to the nation’s economy and working environment and take decisions accordingly.
