Some feel that schools should be mixed with both girls and boys attending while others feel the genders ought to be separated. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
It is argued by a handful of masses that formal institutes must have both genders: boys and girls. At the same time, others consider that schools should be attended separately both by girls and boys. In my perspective, the school should have an equal proportion of male learners and female learners. It will benefit them in acquiring good habits of each other, and it will remove gender disparity.
First off, those who consider that schools should have a mixed number of students justify their statement by saying that this approach is beneficial to remove gender bias. To elaborate, when there is a similar ratio of males and females in an education institute, discrimination will vanish. Female candidates who are reckoned lower will be respected and supported by their male comrades. For instance, both genders will behave in an accepted form, and there will be healthy competition for getting higher scores in exams sports and to name but a few. This will be an advantage for their harmonious development. Such kind of strategy has proved successful in helping both pupils to achieve their goals.
On the other hand, critics believe that schools should be attended separately by both learners. It is because girls can be prosecuted by some of the boys. That can be because of the dropouts of many female students. They will develop apprehension, and it has a negative outcome on their study. Therefore, it will be an ideal option for them to segregate them from boys. To exemplify it, many girls students are submissive, who obey others at their back and call. Also, they experience psychological problems, namely distress, lack of concentration. Many can be misled by their male counterparts for involving in abominable activities. Thus, they can ruin their future, and it will spread a wrong message in society regarding the education of a girl child. Parents will not let their daughters study in schools.
To conclude, In consideration of the above analysis, it is ostensible that if girls students study with boys in a school; then, there will be less gender discrimination, and it is lucrative for their overall development. However, segregation of both genders can escape the female students from tormenting and remove their false fear and help them in the smooth running of their study.
