Although I had never had a chance to work with my brother earlier, I think now I have experience teaching in a college, so I could help him and enhance my teaching skills while working with him. It is fun to learn things from your parents or grandparents. Disadvantages are that you have a lot of responsibility as everyone compares you with your parents in terms of skills and also sometimes you don’t have any interest in that field, but you are still pressurised to follow it.

Answer 1:- Yes, both have different roles in a family like a husband and a wife both work together and to run their house smoothly, they do their best. They maintain equality as well as harmony in the house. Both understand each other’s needs. They try to fulfil the dreams of their family.

Answer 2:- Yes, women are more associated with household activities such as cleaning and cooking while men do more outside work such as shopping or picking up and dropping children from school.

Question 9:- Which is more important to you: your family or friends?

Answer 1:- Well, both are very important. But if I had to make a choice and I would choose my family because family are those members who always stand by a person and never leave them alone and always try to make them happy.

Answer 2:- Well, it is difficult to choose between the two; both have their own importance in life, but if there is no choice and I have to choose between them, then I will go for the family because blood relation is definitely superior.

Answer 1:- Well working in a big company provides people ample facilities like accommodation, free transport service, annual increment in salaries and a free trip either to Overseas or and their home country once in a year.

Answer 2:- In Big companies, we can get more exposure to different scenarios and also, if one works hard, chances of promotion are high.

Answer 1:- No, it is not an easy task for a person to get a promotion in a big company because the big company needs educational background as well as the sacrifice of leisure hours, and more often, it seeks a person’s dedication towards their duties.

Answer 2:- Well, competition is high, but if one works hard and shows skills, then definitely chances are more because positions in big companies are more.

Question 12:- Should big companies donate more to charities?

Answer 1:- Well, it depends upon the companies’ earnings. If their earnings are more, then there is no hesitation to donate to charities because, in this way, they can advertise their products as well as they can uplift their image in society, and society will trust more on them.

Answer 2:- Yes, big companies such as TATA industries and reliance Industries donate money for charity. Of course, it is a win-win situation for both as these companies get free promotion and tax exemption.

Question 13:- Should big companies be punished more seriously if they break the law?

Answer 1:- Big companies must be punished if they break the laws. Because laws are the same for everyone, if big corporations are punished, it will be a lesson for small-scale industries to obey the rules. Thus society will be benefited more.

Answer 2:- I believe the law should be the same for everyone, it is not fair to punish them more if they break the law, but definitely, they should receive punishment to set an example according to the law.
