The bar chart below provides information about the top ten rice-producing countries in the world in 2015. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.The bar graph elucidates information about the price of buying clothes cost per kilometre from Argentina, Brazil, Japan, China, India and Bangladesh.

Overall, it can be asserted that Argentina was paramount in cost for importing clothes into the European Union in both years, while Bangladesh was minuscule in cost per kilometre. Also, China, India and Bangladesh showed an increasing trend, whereas Argentina and Brazil experienced a downward trend.

In 1993, china accounted for only 10 pounds in import cost per kilometre to the European Union, which soared prodigiously to almost 17 pounds per kilometre in 2003. Furthermore, India and Bangladesh spent approximately 7 pounds and 3 pounds on imported clothes in 1993, but the cost of imports augmented in 2003 by almost 12 and 6 pounds per kilometre, respectively.

In addition, Brazil was tantamount in both years, approximately 24 pounds each. Moreover, Argentina and Japan’s import cost was below 30 pounds and 15 pounds in 1993 respectively, however, in 2003 the import cost dwindled slightly by almost 2 pounds in both countries.

The bar chart showed data about the highest ten Rice manufacturing countries (China, India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Thailand, Buma, Philippines, Brazil and Japan) globally in 2015. Overall, China produced the highest number of thousand tons of Rice while the Lowest producing countries are Brazil and Japan.

In a more detailed analysis, China and India generated more than 100 thousand tons of Rice. Over 140 000 tons of Rice were produced in China, and this is about 40,000 thousands ton more than the production in India.

Turning Indonesia, Bangladesh and Vietnam’s rice production, they all made over 20,000 tons of Rice. Indonesia and Bangladesh had the exact quantities, whereas Vietnam was slightly lower.

Furthermore, Rice generated by other nations was less than 20,000 tons. Amidst all, Thailand’s production led, although its difference from the rest is insignificant.
