First of all, raw materials and manufactured components play an important key role in making any type of goods. In this given diagram, raw materials and components are collected and stored in the company’s storage. When the product research team come up with an idea, they share it with the design team, and the design team share a blueprint of that idea with production.
After that production planning team check the materials and share their feedback with the storage section. If the quality check is good to go, they share it with the assembly section. After the assembly section, they take it forward with inspection and testing; in the testing phase, if they identify any issue with the product, they share their quality report with the design team. If goods pass that quality test, then it’s forward to further steps like packaging, dispatch and sales.
If the sales team gets any issue with the item, they share their assessment with the production planning team and the market research team. Now if the market research team fined any issue with production, they also share this information with Advertising, Packaging team & design teams to correct these errors and re-manufacture the product.
