This given bar graph illustrates the information about the utilization of the internet by different groups of age between the time period 1998 and 2000 in the country Taiwan in percentage.

Overall, it can be observed that in the initial year’s children useless internet and younger generation uses more. After a certain time, the usage of the internet has been increased for certain age groups, that is, academic students and youth percentage has decreased.

In the year 1998, more internet facilities have used by the age group 16 to 30 years that is almost 53 per cent, whereas 41 per cent is used by the medium age group 31 to 50 years. On the other hand, the children and older age groups show less internet to the gadgets and technology where internet usage is less than 5 per cent which is 2 per cent and 4 per cent respectively.

Moreover, after ten years, there have been significant changes in all age groups and observed that more awareness had been created for academic students and elderly people where they have used the internet in which percentage is almost doubled. For the age group 16 to 30 years the percentage is dropped by almost eight per cent when compared to the year 1998 and records 45 per cent whereas younger generation per cent decreased minimally to 39 per cent. The different trends and same percentage have been seen in the case of children and elderly people with 8 per cent. After one year, there are minimal chances for all age groups, which is only 2 per cent and one per cent.
