Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the poor working of the garbage collection system. This emergency problem is a great trouble in the healthy way of my local people.

Let me explain that the garbage van comes once a week. It alone is incapable of carrying the waste of the whole community. Resultantly, the waste gets collected near the entrance gate of our colony.

Furthermore, when the garbage is not collected on time, it becomes a breeding point for many mosquitoes and rodents. The unpleasant smell of the rubbish makes it difficult for people to go outside. They overwhelm with a fear of catching some diseases. Besides, children cannot play outside and must keep themselves in the house.

Would you be kind enough to increase the frequency of collecting waste thrice a week? It would be so kind of you if you could allot more trash bins in our community to keep the litter. In this way, people would not experience any trouble, and society would be neat and clean.
