Write a letter of complaint about late delivery to the website where you ordered an item. In the letter, you should tell:
- what item did you order?
- why and when did you order that item?
- how would you like them to resolve this issue?
Dear sir,
I am one of the regular customers Of your site. I frequently use to purchase things from your site. I am writing this letter to complain to you about my recent order of bag.
I had put the order on Thursday, and at that time, delivery was showing for Saturday. That was the only reason that I chose that particular bag. As of right now, I am in a needy situation. I actually wanted that to gift my friend, on Monday. so I ordered it on Thursday, but still I did not receive it. This is almost four days from the day of the order. This happened when I placed the order, but I was not able to gift it, and I had to purchase another thing to present.
I want you to cancel my order as it is not of any use to mine and I want my money back as soon as possible if you fail to do that I need to take any action.
From your side, I want any strict action to be taken for this.

I’m writing seeking help on an item that i bought from your website last week, a laptop.Sadly I feel I should lay a complaint because them item I received is not what i purchased from you
I was promised a laptop with more six hours of battery life but it didn’t last not more than an hour.Second is it’s covers ,i know the item is second hand you said but those say it wasn’t in good hands
