Dear Mr.Smith
I am a customer of your bank. I am writing this letter to let you know that I won’t be able to attend the appointment I booked with Bank two weeks ago.
My father is hospitalized due to cardiac arrest, and I have no idea how much it will take to recover. I am the only one who is taking care of my father in the hospital. I cannot leave him alone in this situation. Due to this reason, I am not able to come on the date we decided.
I hope you understand my situation as I booked my appointment for 20th October, 2025, to renew my Credit card, which is going to expire in the last week of November. I request you to book another appointment for me in the second or third week of November, in the evening after 3:00 pm, on any day from Monday to Friday.
