Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings to you. My name is Martha from Bristol, and I’m writing to the lost and found department to report that I accidentally left my luggage this morning inside the train that departed Northrift train station in Bristol at 7.45 am, arriving at Betterdays train station in Wales at 8.40 am. I sat in the VIP lounge, seat No.17, and my ticket was No.012. While alighting, I pushed my baby’s tram outside first but got distracted by my baby’s crying, and by the time I turned back to pick up my luggage which was right next to door A, the doors quickly shut, and the train departed right before my very own eyes.

My belongings consist of a big, black, leather designer bag with the name “Versace ” clearly indicated on the side in white letters, a large, pink suitcase with three rolling wheels and a small, white handbag with strikingly glittery handles and side pockets. My ticket number is clearly labelled on each of the bags.

I’m currently residing in Wrexham city, and I’m humbly requesting that you could arrange to have them dropped off tomorrow at the Westend train station, which is in close proximity, about 3 miles away. Please have them contact me on 44789678902 any time of the day or night, as soon as my luggage arrives.

I’m looking forward to your speedy response and action.

Thank you.

Yours Sincerely,
