You are looking for a part-time job. Write a letter to an employment agency. In your letter:-

  • Introduce yourself.
  • Explain what sort of job you would like.
  • And say what experience and skills you have.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inquire about any part-time job opportunities currently available through your employment agency. My name is Manpreet, and I am a recent graduate from Punjab Technical University with a degree in Bscit.

I am looking for a part-time job that can complement my studies and provide me with valuable experience in the workforce. Ideally, I would like to work in a customer-facing role that allows me to interact with people on a daily basis. I am open to any position that requires excellent communication skills and a high level of customer service.

In terms of my experience and skills, I have had previous part-time work experience as a sales associate at a retail store. In this role, I was responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, managing inventory, and ensuring that the store was always clean and organized. I also gained valuable experience working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and problem-solving.

Aside from my work experience, I have strong communication and interpersonal skills, which I have honed through various extracurricular activities, such as participating in debates and public speaking events. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience using various social media platforms for marketing and communication purposes.

I am a quick learner and can adapt to new environments easily. I am always willing to take on new challenges and am committed to delivering high-quality work. I believe that I would make a valuable addition to any team and would be able to provide excellent customer service.

Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to hearing from you and discussing any potential job opportunities that may be available.

Sincerely,
