Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my disinterest in doing a cookery course. Due to it, I would like to make a request to change it.
Let me inform you that I have been doing a course in cookery for two months. I have attended all the theoretical as well as practical lectures. It had been a one-year course and I got enrolled late in the month of July and it had been expected to finish in the same month in 2022.
Suffice to say that I am discontented with the course. First and foremost is the strength of the students. Due to the great commotion in the class, I hardly get succeed in reserving my place in the communal kitchen, where the students are taught about essential culinary skills. Moreover, mentors are not sociable and punctual. They reach late in the class and if any student tries to ask for the extra time in getting himself understand; then, they do not pay any head. Thus, their irresponsible behaviour compelled me to change this course.
Would you be kind enough to put me in another hobby class? One year diploma in art and craft is really worthwhile as there is a limited number of students and fee structure is similar? In addition, now I recognize my flair in this course. So, it would be great if you could help me.
