I am writing to express my concern about not finding a place to park my bicycle in or near the company’s premises.
Increasing traffic jams have compelled me to use it to reach on time. Although I live close to the company, it takes half an hour to get there. Several times, I had waited for the clearance of the road, and it every day brought a disgrace for me whenever I reached late. Then, I decided to use this eco-friendly vehicle.
You would be amazed to hear that I did not get a place to park it. The basement of the building is overcrowded with cars and bikes. I often tried to adjust it there but found it outside the building. It was my goodness that it was not stolen. Besides, I had not been allowed to park it in the vacant area of the building by security as the nearby shopkeepers have used it.
Could you create a space for the cyclists in the vacant area of the company building? Being a sole proprietor of the place, you can take action. It would be easy to park there easily as in the evening there is a great rush of cars and bikes. It can save me time, and I feel more secure about my possessions because of CCTV cameras, which have worked effectively at that place.
Please resolve this problem as soon as possible, so your valuable employees can make their journeys hassle-free.
