I am writing this epistle to the Student Accommodation Officer of the local college to let you know that in my flat there is a vacant room for a student who wants to stay there.
Let me inform you that I am staying in Noida, near Ghaziabad. Few rental places are available near my location. I am living in a flat which is very approaching to amity university, Noida. I am a resident of phase-2 Greater Noida. There is an empty room available in my flat. If anyone wants to stay there, then let me know. This room will be available freely this upcoming Saturday. This is a deluxe room which contains all the amenities like a spa room, a balcony, kitchen, etcetera. There is also a park outside the flat which is also free for everyone for walking and other activities, spending leisure time with friends for rejuvenating purpose, apart from mundane life.
Suffice to say that, as I am an owner of a three-bedroom flat, only as of now one is vacant for rental purposes. Moreover, it is a study room that has adequate lighting and design. Apart from that, it is properly constructed in order to prevent any leakage. On top of everything, that room which is available for students is highly ventilated. So, I would be very obliged if you would send a mature person who maintains the room as if it is his own property. Kindly let me know the availability of a student as early as possible because I have to move certain things from that home.
