Sample Answer of You Have Been a Member of a Local Club

Dear Mr. Smith,

Greetings of the day! I, Jack Brown, club-ID- 00JB54, have joined Brampton Lions Club on 2nd March 2018 and, till date, relished the whole period entirely. However, due to certain unavoidable circumstances, I am writing this letter to withdraw my membership from today, 18th March 2021.

At the onset, let me share you with the specifics of the type of membership I have opted for. Firstly, as a health-conscious person, I have enrolled with the Gold membership of the club from day one and thus deposited the fee of $285 via my Visa credit card. Moreover, I am really glad to share that every penny was worth spending there.

Further, since the day I have joined the club, I was overwhelmed by its facilities and excellent customer care offered to the clients. Additionally, the gym trainers are well-trained and go beyond boundaries to guide the aspiring member to their best. Because of the amiable nature and significant expertise in swimming, the swimming pool instructor has extracted the aquaphobia from me.

Finally, with a heavy heart, I wanted to share that as being transferred to Surrey’s branch office by my office management, I have to end my participation in taking the club’s services anymore. Nevertheless, it would be great to please recommend any good club to join or share the information of any of your branch offices there.

I hope you will understand the plight and do the needful.

Yours faithfully,
