I hold savings account for 5 years, along with that all my transactions are active and updated. However, yesterday I was disappointed to learn $240 was withdrawn from my account and have to repay the bank if failed will be deducted with $70 from my account.
Subsequently, I have contacted the customer care services of your bank for which the result was vain. This issue of the current transaction must have been an error from your side which, I request you to check as it might be an account number mistake. Furthermore, attaching my recent updated passbook page for your further reference.

I would appreciate it if you could act promptly to solve this glitch in transactions, as It would halt my further service. I have a car EMI to be paid at the end of the month hence, I would be grateful if you could update me on the current status causing no future restrictions.
