Write a letter to the bank.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my concern about a letter that I received from your Union bank stating that I have overdue to be cleared.

To Furnish you with more details, I am Mr.Arora, an architect by profession, and holding a bank account number XYZ-00193456.

I hold savings account for 5 years, along with that all my transactions are active and updated. However, yesterday I was disappointed to learn $240 was withdrawn from my account and have to repay the bank if failed will be deducted with $70 from my account.

Subsequently, I have contacted the customer care services of your bank for which the result was vain. This issue of the current transaction must have been an error from your side which, I request you to check as it might be an account number mistake. Furthermore, attaching my recent updated passbook page for your further reference.

I would appreciate it if you could act promptly to solve this glitch in transactions, as It would halt my further service. I have a car EMI to be paid at the end of the month hence, I would be grateful if you could update me on the current status causing no future restrictions.

My account number is 1000438952729 in your branch for the last ten years and I am using several services from your bank. However, yesterday, I received a letter from your bank showing that $70 will be charged against my withdrawal which is wrongful information from your ends. My account has already been deposited of $500 for long. As a result, I do not require any money which is beyond my deposit amount. Such unauthorized withdrawal impacts my credit score which likely to redeem my credibility in the future.

I would request you to correct your service once again and let me know with surety of a letter that you are not going to charge any money in the future. Also, I would like you to take appropriate action against your staff regarding sharing wrongful details which are linked to my account.
