Dear Guri,
How are you? It’s been a long time since we talked with each other. You’ll be thrilled to hear that I have moved from a rental house to my own on Park Avenue.
To be honest, I had never thought of buying my own home. However, it was necessary for me as my parents were coming to spend quality time with me. My previous flat was not spacious, and the place was noisy. Besides, transport is another issue there. I was never on time at my workplace, and half of my salary had been deducted for this cause.
Suffice it to say that my new house is a few miles away from my workplace and it is built in the traditional way. The windows of my bedroom have a good scenic view. There is a small garden and a garage. Although it does not occupy a large space, it is still suitable for me to live with my family.
Will you join me soon at my place? I am eagerly waiting to meet you this weekend. We’ll have great fun and frolic. I think that day is going to be memorable as we’ll decorate it and arrange a party.

The reason for my move was mainly due to my growing family. My previous apartment was getting too small to accommodate all of us comfortably. We needed more space, and we wanted to find a place that we could call our own. After months of searching, we finally found the perfect house in a lovely neighbourhood.
Let me describe the new house to you. It’s a spacious two-story home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a large living room. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the latest appliances. There’s also a backyard with a patio and plenty of space for our kids to play. The house has a lot of natural light, and it’s very cosy and welcoming. We’ve already started decorating it and making it our own.
I would like to invite you to come and visit us in our new home. It would be wonderful to have you over for a cup of tea and a catch-up session. You can see our new house and help us explore the neighbourhood. There are plenty of parks, cafes, and shops nearby that I think you would enjoy. We can also plan some fun activities together, like hiking or visiting local museums.
