Dear Sir

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the last order placed on your website. The order was placed on January 15, 2021, and is yet to be delivered. The issue was also highlighted to the customer care department.

The order includes a chemistry book published by Tata Mcgraw hill. The book is designed for the preparation of secondary examinations. The order was paid online through a credit card and is expected to be delivered on or before January 20, 2021.

Since the secondary examination is scheduled to be done in March and this is an important subject of my curriculum, hence I need to finish the course well in advance so that I can have enough time to revise and practice. Considering the lengthy syllabus of Chemistry, I need to have this book on priority.

I would be most grateful if you could allow me to pick the book directly from your store as it will save much of the time, which may be required to process home delivery otherwise. As this matter is urgent, a quick answer would be appreciated.
