I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the faulty product that I purchased online; however, it was badly damaged and is now more useful.
Let me explain the details of the product. It was a wonder chef chopper as the names suggest it had an exorbitant price and I ordered it on 31st March 2021 and received it 2 days earlier. It was in black and white color and had free 4 rotating blades and also one extra jar in case of breakage of the first one.
I was taken aback to see it as the jar had some cracks. it has been shown on the screen extra blades and a jar which were there but the blades were blunt and the additional jar had no handle. On top of that When I tried to chop some onions and surprisingly it has not right intensity to chop that.
I need your intervention to resolve this matter as soon as possible either replace it with the new one or return my money so that I can purchase from another shopping site. I hope you value your customers and try to solve it and of course, will not make disappoint.
