Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to give feedback on the cookery course I recently completed at your school.
Let me inform you that I enrolled in learning European meals. The course was designed for eight months with four months of practice. I was keen to make fish, chips, herring, and roasted waffles. Therefore, the practical session was more entertaining as I learned about various kinds of herbs or spices that were entirely unknown to me.
Less time was given to the students to make some dishes in the communal kitchen of the university. It had been done mainly at the weekend. Now and then, students are allowed to do it under the supervision of experts. Sometimes we all learners used to do with our own. Once a month, students used to do it with a great chef. Could you provide classes on Chinese food?
It would be great if the school remains open at weekends. Fortunately, eaters of Chinese food are more so your school will earn more name and fame.
You will ponder over these things to progress by leaps and bounds.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
