I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a product I recently procured from RayBan’s webpage. I would also like to make a few suggestions to avoid future mishaps.
Let me explain in detail. Under the festive season sale, I had purchased a pair of polaroid sunglasses of medium size with champagne gold, metal frame and brown film on the lenses. A detachable chain was additionally offered to hang the eyewear around the neck. To be precise, the model number was RB3523 – one of the best-selling glasses.
Upon ordering it through the internet and receiving it in a timely manner, the product was a big disappointment. Although the outer packaging looked intact, the item inside was damaged. One of the lenses is broken, and the nose bridge is bent, making the pair unusable. I believe that this is a case of improper packaging and mishandling of such a fragile piece.
In this scenario, I request you to kindly replace the same model or refund the entire amount for the sunglasses. Secondly, can I request you to review your policies and add a bubble wrap inside the packaging so as to avoid any breakage or damage during delivery?
