Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to draw your immediate attention towards an internet issue which I have been facing for two weeks.Even though the situation has been explained through telephonic conversation neither the customer care nor the service team response is satisfactory.
To furnish you with more details,Myself Mr.Khanna has been a subscriber of your broadband unlimited plan with 100mbps speed recently, however the very next day the internet speed has been declined.consequently i have contacted the customer support to convey my crunch.owing to the above conversation I have been informed that service team will be sent and the issue will be solved within 24hrs.
While I agree that You Broadband has been the top internet provider in the town,I am thoroughly disappointed by the way your management has been handling the situations.Till date the problem is still persisting in spite of me calling them for the second time.It would be appreciated if you look into the matter and take a swift actIon.
I would be grateful if you could provide the promised speed for my internet plan within the next two days or else please let me provide a provision to cash back my payment as I wish to discontinue the service in case the disruption is not resolved.
Anticipating a positive response.
Yours sincerely,
Mr Kapil Arora.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding newly bought broadband connection from your company. After complaining several times over the phone, still I haven’t received any resolution from your side yet.
I have purchased new broadband internet plan 250 MB per second worth Rs. 2500/- per month for my home connection, so that I can complete my office work on time as I am working from Home in this pandemic. The speed of the connection is too slow to download files and documents. Moreover, I am not able to connect video conference facilities due to irregular internet connection. Because of this unstable network, I am not able to complete my task on time.
After complaining several times at toll free number since the last week to increase the speed of internet, still I am able to get any satisfactory answer from your service team. This is really a pathetic to unresolved customer query on time and neglect customer’s complain.
Being a responsible manager of your company, I want you to take necessary action immediately to resolve my query, if you cannot, I am not able to continue your service from the next month and refund my advanced money immediately, so that I look for other internet provider from my hometown.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours truly,
Swetang
Dear sir,
Your company provided me internet package of Rs 300 per month, which included the service of unlimited calls along with 2GB data per day. I am writing to complain about its slow speed which is really disturbing me a lot.
I bought it last week to ensure the benefit of working from home, but it’s disappointing 1-5 mbps/second speed is not helping me in receiving and sending data at my office. I often encounter server problem several times a day. As a consequence, I had to visit my workplace to resolve the issues forged because of this internet service. I called on 191 to report about the problem and they directed me to switch off and restart my device but it didn’t work. When I complained for the second time it was received by deaf ears.
I want your urgent concern to this matter. Either provide me a broadband connection on the same amount or refund my money so that I can go for new service provider.
Hoping for your favourable response.
yours faithfully,
Simran Sharma.
