but you think the speed is much slower than it should be. You have complained twice to customer services on the phone but still, nothing has been done.

Respected Madam/Sir,

Explain the internet problem

This letter is being written to tell you that three weeks before I had subscribed to a new internet package from your company. For the first few days, I had a solid internet connection but later the speed is much slower than it should be. I had already complained about the issue to your customer service twice over the phone but I haven’t received a response from them. Currently, I am working from home so a decent internet connection is all I need as soon as possible. Mostly I use to subscribe to the usual internet package but this time one of your customer service employers called me on the phone and introduced me to this new plan. The plan actually sounded promising because the plan was affordable compared to the usual one.

Explain why you are not happy with the way it has been dealt with

When I called customer service for the first time, to register my complaint, they said they’d call me but they didn’t. Later when I tried to reach them they will either place my call on hold or the phone abruptly cut off with a beep. The customer care was really disappointing and frustrating. Especially, the way they dealt with the situation.

Say what action you now want the manager to take

As I already mentioned, the internet connection is essential to me. Moreover, I had already paid the bill so I believe getting generous internet access is my basic right. It would be really helpful if you could send the technicians to my home and do the needful. I urge you to do this as soon as possible. Please let me know if you can help me with this matter.
