You relocated to an overseas country recently and shipped your furniture and other possessions through a shipping company. When you received them, you found some of them got damaged. Write a letter to the delivery manager of the shipping company:

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter, out of dissatisfaction and loss that I am suffering due to the services provided by your company. I moved to Canada this month; in the month of June, I contacted your organization to ship my household items to the new country I was being relocated to.
Mr. Tim, who was the regional manager of New Delhi, was looking after my case. He assured me about the guidelines the company would be following, and there would be no damage caused. I was asked to pay $1400 in full, and also it included the Insurance of the items being shipped. Earlier, this month I received a call that the order would be delayed by a week due to covid-19 restrictions, and I co-operated with your team. But to my surprise today when I had received my Merchandise and the other containers, I found that the armchair was broken. The containers which had Clothes were all damaged and had Small-Big Holes. Various other porcelain was broken.
Today I made a complaint by calling your customer care center, and the lady on call showed no empathy. The loss is greater than the cost of your service. I am highly disappointed by the irresponsible behavior and lack of concern shown by you. I would request you to please refund the cost or bear the cost of repairing and replacing the damaged goods. I shall be waiting for your reply as you are responsible for making my life miserable in a new country.
