Dear Mr Smith,

I am writing this letter to draw your attention to an issue I encountered last week when I arrived at your hotel for my business meeting. I was very disappointed with the arrangement you made for me.

First of all, I want to inform you that I booked my meeting on Thursday at 12:30 pm, but due to some issue, the meeting room was not ready, which I was ashamed of because they waited for 45 minutes, which ruined our whole day’s schedule. On top of that, the projector was working correctly because I needed to restart it every 20 minutes.

This was the first time I booked your hotel for a business meeting based on my friend’s recommendation. Given my disappointing experience, I do not plan to stay at your hotel in the future. For the betterment of your services, I suggest something that will help you provide better service to customers.

First, always check your schedule before booking your next program so you have enough time to clean the place. Secondly, before giving a room or hall to a customer, check all your equipment thoroughly, such as the sound system, projector, air conditioner, and more. Last but not least, always get feedback from your guests so that you can improve your services for the future.

Overall, it was a horrible experience that caused many issues during my meeting and was not good for me, my customers, or you. Please pay attention to making your services perfect.
