You want to book a hotel that one of your friends recommended to you for a family holiday at the seaside. Write a letter to the hotel manager to make arrangements. In your letter,
- explain what accommodation you require and when you want to stay
- ask what will be included in the price
- enquire about activities and places of interest near the hotel
I am writing this letter to enquire about booking rooms at your hotel for a family of twelve members, including four children. One of my friends who stayed in your hotel last month had a really good stay and memorable experience and shared the good reviews with us, especially about the quality of the services offered and excellent hospitality with co-operative staff members. We are expecting to book four air conditioner semi-deluxe rooms that can comfortably accommodate me and the three couples and preferably with the best seaside view. We plan to visit on 15th October and will likely stay till 17th October.
I am hoping to get more information about the total price of three deluxe rooms and which amenities will be included in that price. Considering we are coming on the weekend, will there be a price difference? I would certainly appreciate it if you could tell me about the airport shuttle services to reach the hotel, the Wi-Fi internet service, and the complimentary breakfast that comes with it. Also, I will be sharing the room with the four children in one of the rooms, so we will also require extra mattresses.
Please let us know if there are any price discounts or offers available. Besides, could you also suggest some of the interesting tourist places around and fun activities for the children?
I look forward to your prompt and positive response so that we can proceed with the bookings. Thank you in advance for your kind assistance.
