Sample Answer: You Want to Learn a Language. There Is a Teacher Near Where You Live

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter regarding my learning of Hindi. I live on Stadium Street, near South railway station, Ernakulam.

Recently, one of my close friends, Mr Ratheesh, suggested your name for this particular course. He was your student, and he had successfully completed the language course two months before. Currently, he is working as a language translator at a leading educational institute in New Delhi.

There are a couple of new vacancies available in the same institute where Mr Ratheesh is still working. It is one of my dream jobs, and language proficiency is an unavoidable part. As an experienced and talented teacher, you can easily monitor me within a limited amount of time. I know the basic rules of Hindi grammar, and I hope I can easily learn the things at the earliest.

I know you are busy with your tight schedules; however, I am ready to attend classes at your convenience. If you send me the class modules, I will select the necessary portions. In what areas will you support me to become an expert speaker?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,
