You Were Advised by Your Doctor that You Need to Do More Physical Exercises

You were advised by your doctor that you need to do more physical exercises. Write a letter to your friend asking him to join you.

In your letter, you should tell:
– why do you want to do physical exercise
– what type of physical exercises you are planning to do
– why do you want your friend to join you

Dear Guri,
It has been a long time since we’ve talked with each other. You know that our work schedule doesn’t allow us to spend some leisure time. I was a bit nervous regarding my health. So the physician advised me to work out, and I joined a gym, and I want you to join me.

Let me tell you that during these days, I have been experiencing certain changes in my body. Obesity is one of the major reasons. Due to protruded stomach, high BP, cholesterol and thyroid problems have started to develop. Therefore, I have been advised to do some sort of exercise twice a day.

To be very honest, aerobic exercises are not my cup of tea; instead, I am able to do walking, skipping and swimming as well. Due to the scarcity of time, I would prefer to do these in the wee hours. In this way, I will always be full of beans.

I would like you to join me. As I know, you are quite a fitter and can help me in making a weekly roster. If you are with me, then I can easily achieve my target. As a matter of fact, we will have plenty of time to spend with each other. If you don’t have a problem, then why not start it on Monday?

I am eagerly waiting for your reply.
Kind regards,
