You would like to buy some electrical goods at a shop in a nearby town. Write a letter to the shop owner. In your letter, ask:
- if they have the things you want or if they can order them?
- what are the prices?
- and how long they can keep the goods for you?
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter in regards to some of the electronic gadgets I adequately required from your downtown shop. Last week I moved from Ontario to Toronto as part of my job. Right now, I am living in a brand-new condo, and a few electronic appliances are immediately required for me.
Furthermore, I need an electric kettle, washing machine, microwave and an iron box. I had searched about your prestigious shop, and interestingly all of your satisfied customers had provided five stars for your sales and service. In addition, a couple of my friends had suggested your shop for purchase. I hope the above-mentioned gadgets are available in your shop or if not, please make an arrangement for immediate delivery.
In addition, kindly prepare a sample invoice for all these items, and it will be easy to carry the same amount while purchasing. Apart from this, I noticed that there is a promotional offer you had stuck on your door entrance. Please don’t include the same discount offers in my invoice. Subsequently, this sample invoice will help me to cover its’ insurance procedures.
Lastly, please let me know how long you can hold these items in your shop after purchase? The reason behind this inquiry is there is a small floorwork going on in my condo for another three days. I think it is better to shift purchased items after completing the work.
Expecting a favourable reply and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
