The incident occurred on 12-1-2023 when I realized that my wallet and identity card were missing. I immediately searched my premises and made inquiries with the people I had been in contact with, but to no avail. I believe the card may have been stolen while I was out and about in the city.

I’m writing to bring to your attention about the situation that is of great concern to me. My name is Faith and I’m a Nursing student, still in second year.
Unfortunately, my Identity Card has been stolen, and I’m writing on your request on how to help me resolve the situation.
The incident occurred when I was coming back from the class and I realized that I couldn’t find my purse and my Identity Card it’s always placed inside. I asked my friends if anyone could see it and also make inquiries but no one can.
The lost purse it’s crucial because most of my items like ATM Card, Allowance Fee and Voters Card are also inside the purse.
I will be delighted if you can tell me the steps to take to get a new Identity Card and moreover, I have lodged complaints of the lost Identity Card Incase it’s used in theft, my mind will be at rest. I will be happy if I can get the Identity Card as soon as possible.
