Dear XYZ,
Hello there, I am a resident of house number 151, which is right next to your house. The purpose of writing to you is the concern about your pet. I would like to bring to your notice that I am quite disturbed due to your pet. As you are aware that the pet is kept in the garden, and there is just a fence that too not of much height separating the 2.
I have a daughter, aged a year and a half. She has recently started to walk. We do not have plenty of space in our house, so we let her out in the garden to play as we also have a small swimming pool on the side where she takes her swimming classes.
The real problem arose when she was playing, and we noticed that your pet dog had jumped over and entered our property. Luckily I was out with her and just reached in time to push him away. As a result, she got scared and had a panic attack, which took us in shock.
I would like to request you to please take this matter seriously, as it has made her fearful of going out and playing again. My kind advice would be to either keep the pet in the house or have him tied up, giving him limited access across your property.
