Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction regarding a piece of cloth that I had purchased from your store on 21st July 202q. Unfortunately, it had some problems.
I would like to tell you that I ordered a silk kurta with elegant embroidery on its front and back. It was expensive due to good quality fabric, and it carried no discount on it.
You would be taken aback to hear that the fabric was of inferior quality that caused me an allergic reaction. Moreover, it had no handwork on it. Also, the peace has defected, and it had holes near the neck.
Would you mind replacing it with another one? If the desired piece of cloth is not available, would you give me my money back? Besides, how long will it take for you to sort out this issue? Being your regular customer, I am ready to wait for a week, and I hope you will fix it as soon as possible.
