Write a Letter to the Hr Manager Asking Him Why There’s No Response

Write a letter to the HR manager asking him why there’s no response after your interview which was taken 2 weeks ago. In your letter

– Describe your job.
– Why do you think the interview went well?
– Why are you waiting for the result of the interview?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to enquire about the response of an interview for a job, which had been held a couple of months ago; however, I am taken aback to see no reply for it.

Let me explain to you that I had applied for a job as a receptionist in a Multinational company. It had been told me to work for 8 hours with 2 hours overtime if a person is willing to do. Overtime charges will be paid weekly.

To be honest, many questions regarding customer dealing, prime responsibilities, and previous work experience as a receptionist, had been asked from me. Moreover, they indulge me in a dialogue-making conversation to judge my level in English and pronunciation. I am elated to inform you that all went well and the interviewer was glad to receive my response.

I have been waiting for the result of the interview eagerly as I have got a positive response from another company recently and it has asked me to join the company as early as possible and most probably before 20th June of this month. It is far away from my home town, so I would like to work in your company due to transportation. Therefore, I would not like to miss the boat.

It would be great if you could inform me of the result as soon as possible for my greener pasture. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours Faithfully,
