As the population of a nation increases, new houses are needed. Do you think it is better to build new houses in the countryside or in the cities?
It is observed that with the rising in population in a nation, new residential colonies are needed to build. In my perspective, constructing new homes in a rural area is a good option than in urban areas because more employment opportunities will emerge as well, as people will get a hospitable ambience there.
First off, with the burgeoning population, building new homes in villages is lucrative for the masses. In this way, more jobs can be created, and unemployment can be eliminated to some extent. To elaborate, when new housing is built in rural areas. Some people think to run their own business, while others start to do a job in any firm near to that place. Resultantly, people get a chance to work and earn. They no longer remain free. For instance, it is ubiquitous that now people move to rural areas for taking up a job there owing to lack of job opportunities in cities. Because cities are overcrowded and a few people get a job. So, making homes in countryside areas help people earning daily wages. Moreover, it will benefit the people to get other amenities such as good healthcare, educational institutes, transport and many more. This is not only profitable for the individuals but also for the government as people will pay the tax on time, and it will enhance the governments economy. So, constructing housing is advantageous for villagers.
In addition, if accommodation is arranged in rustic areas, then people will get a hospitable ambience. They will be more hale and hearty as they get fresh air, and exotic vegetation will help them in getting relaxed. So, they will be away from the hustle and bustle of city life. For instance, living in a city is now not the choice of very few masses due to over congestion. The polluted environment compels the folk to reside in villages. So, the majority of the people invest in countryside areas to lead a blissful life. So, it is ideal for building more homes in villages to keep them robust both mentally and physically.
To conclude thus, it is lucrative for the government as well as for the individuals to settle in countryside areas for obtaining congenial environment and getting jobs there. In this way, remote areas also develop, and Gujarat state is the best example of it.
