Well, I am a globe-trotter, and I have visited many places. Some really enticed me, while some were boring. Here, I would like to speak about a place where I like to visit for shopping, but I’m not particularly eager to live there in reality. It is a Ludhiana city. I visit this place now and then at festivals as it is a great place for shopping. I feel more elated, and every visit to this place brings a profit to me.

As sometimes I get a hefty discount on shopping. I actually don’t want to live there because it is a more congested and polluted city. Its beauty is mostly distorted by the increasing number of vehicles, industries. Whenever I visit, I have to confront a long traffic jam, and the incessant sound of blowing horns really makes me deaf and dumb.

Moreover, the air quality is not good, and I feel more acne on my skin due to dust, and sometimes I have hair fall due to pollution. This place is only good to shop for some time, but living there permanently is a herculean task for me. So, all in all, this is a place where I like to visit, but I don’t want to live there.

Here I would like to talk about a place where I like to visit, and I dont like to stay for a long time. It is none other than the home of my grandfather. It is situated on the northern side of Ludhiana.

Actually, I like to visit the house because I love my grandparents a lot. I like to share my views with them, share my problems, and like to get encouragement and confidence from them, so most the cases, I visit their house once a month; however, I dont like to stay there for a night because of few reasons.

Firstly the main reason is the atmosphere. The atmosphere at my grandfather’s home is boisterous because it is a complete industrial area, and from dusk to dawn, the area is disturbed by weird sounds.

Moreover from early morning till late night I cant have rest for a single minute. It becomes a biting a bullet situation for me whenever I think to stay overnight. I remember once I stayed there for a week, and after a week, I found myself suffering from cabin fever, so that was a complicated situation for me.

Afterward, I never stayed for a night there, and the second reason is my grandfather is an army retired person. He is very strict with the rules, like every morning, he wakes up by 4:00 AM and performs their daily routine exercises. He also applied his army rules in a house like he needs every discipline.

Everything must be in order. Every individual in the home must be wake up early in the morning by 5, so I found it very difficult for me to adjust there because I’m a very free mind person. I like to do what I want to do. Still, at that place, I found myself very restricted, and I need to follow the strict rules, so it’s hard for me to survive in that atmosphere, so these are the 2 basic reasons that I dont like to live at that place all though I love to visit because of my grandparents.
