I have read many stories in my life in school and college days. But the story which is really interesting to me is the famous story ” Wings of Fire” which is the autobiography of Late and Former President of India APJ Abdul Kalam. it is a great source of inspiration because. This story tells us that how a boy related to a family who is not only poor but belong to a class who is in minority in our country, reached to the great heights of his carrier and finally became the president of India. He was born in 1931 in small town Rameswaram of Tamilnadu. His father was a small boat owner in that town. He told in his book that a Hindu boy was his close friend in school but once when a teacher came and instructed him not to sit with a Hindu boy and told me to sit at last bench. He felt very sad, After completing his school education, he did BSc degree from St. Joseph’s college. after that, his father has not afforded the expenditure of his study but his sister stood with him and he did engineering from (MIT) Madras Institute of Technology. After that he never looked back, He played an important role in India’s nuclear programmes. He researched the rocket launch vehicle. It is only under his guidance that India became a nuclear-powered country. He is also called the ” Missile Man of India” He developed five missiles named Prithvi, Trishul, Akash, Nag, and Agnee. He also awarded Bharat Ratna and Padma Bhushan. When he died and official saw his house. he has only two pairs of shoes, four dressed, a little money and a letter in which he donated his all property to Orphan Ashram.
