Well, I do a lot of things to keep myself hale and hearty. But during the lockdown, it was very difficult for me to maintain a good physique and put on weight. I don’t consider it was too difficult but restrictions imposed by the government on going outside and closing all leisure parks spoiled my routine. Then I made a roster for my eating habits and entirely relied on it.
I started to eat boiled vegetables and plenty of water in the morning and in the noontime, I used to drink juice and kidney beans and rice. I totally skipped my dinner but continued to eat fruits before going to bed approximately one hour before sleep.
I feel elated to see that I reduced 2 kg in a month and have more glowing skin than earlier. I feel rejuvenated and when anybody asks me the mystery behind it then I suggest them to eat staple food and avoid junk food. Now every dress suits me and I feel more confident.

Question 1. What do old people in your country do to keep healthy?
Well, old people do a lot of things to keep themselves hale and hearty like they do jogging, walking and some other sorts of exercise. Besides taking exercise, they rely on eating staple food and avoid junk food.
Question 2. What kinds of sports are popular in India?
To be honest, varied sports are popular in India. Cricket is one of the favourite sport among people. People love to watch live sports. Other sports are popular too but the craze for watching or playing it is more than anything else.
Question 3. Do you think young people should play dangerous sports?
Well, everyone wants to show their talent or earn a name and fame. They should play adventurous sports if they really want to establish their identity. Because sports really help them in earning a good reputation as well as money but it must not be at the cost of losing a life. So people should try playing dangerous sports by seeing their safety first and only then they must perform otherwise they should avoid.
Question 4. What else can people do to keep fit besides sports?
Well, people can rely on staple food as well as avoid junk food. If they are unable to go outside for doing some sort of exercise like walking or running so change in a meal or in a routine can keep them on track to get a good physique.
