Question 1. Do you often write (or send) emails?

Yes, in my daily routine, I prefer to send my work through emails. Moreover, it is the best way and does not take much time to send.

Question 2. What do you write about?

Sending work through emails is the best option, and apart from it, it seems to be formal. Moreover, it doesn’t take much time to send anything.

Question 3. Do you think emails are useful?

Yes, in this contemporary era, everyone who knows about mails then always prefers to send them through mail within a few seconds. Other social media apps seem to be informal and take much time to furnish the content through WhatsApp, telegrams, and all.

Question 4. What kinds of emails do you send and receive?

As I am working in a profession, so I merely receive emails about conferences, workshops, and seminars. Sometimes, even if teachers publish any class on MS team, zoom and Google meet, then I also get the notifications from that too.

Question 5. Do you think it is a good thing that some companies send out letters/spam emails for the purpose of advertising?

Of course not. Sometimes advertisements are useful because they give people information about the products on the market. But if customers receive too many emails a day, they will feel really annoyed.

Question 6. How often do you write letters?

Many times, I write letters in the mail to certain companies who are not able to revert back to my response, and also it is a good thing if I write letters to the principal or vice-chancellor, manager, etcetera. It seems to be formal, and in that way, he/she will revert back to us soon.

Question 7. On what occasions do you write letters?

I write letters on many occasions like if I wanted to invite my colleagues, friends to a birthday party, wedding then I always prefer to write letters instead of telephonic communication.

Question 8. Do you like writing letters to your relatives and friends? (why/why not?)

Yes, as I informed you earlier, I always prefer to write letters for giving an invitation on an auspicious occasion whether I want to celebrate a festival, wedding, birthday, promotion or whatever it is I always do, or I would always like to write a letter.

Question 9. Do you and your friend keep in touch by (handwritten) letter?

Yes, I am working, so I have to write a lot of articles and reports on a piece of paper. And I can’t bring my laptop with me all the time

Question 10. How do you keep in touch with your friends and relatives (by email, letter, by phone, or by any other way)?

Even with so much technology and so many different apps and programs designed to help us connect with other people, it’s still surprisingly easy to lose touch with your friends. Fortunately, there are things you can do to stay connected.
