Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to express my grief and dissatisfaction with the cleaning staff not functioning correctly. I am one of the residents of Avenue street, and we are facing severe issues because of the dirt road.
The cleaning van and the staff were working properly till last month. But now they have decided to accumulate garbage from different localities to the nearby public playground, which is very close to our street. This is a very imprudent move and this issue should be rectified as soon as possible.
Avenue street is home to at least twenty families, and we all are facing severe threats of different diseases like Malaria, Dengue, and Diarrhea. Let alone the ground, but the end of the street is also turned into a dump yard by your haughty workers. Nowadays, they have started to park their dirty and smelly rubbish trucks on the ground, which is unbearable.
We have tried to solve this issue by talking to some workers, but they have ignored our request several times. I request you to rectify this issue as soon as possible.
