Environmental changes like global warming, extreme rainfall in some areas & drought in other parts is a major concern for entire world.
There is growing opinion amongst few people that individuals can significantly contribute to control environmental changes by doing their bit. Few examples of this could be avoid plastic usage, increased usage of reusable items etc. Also, people should look to save water & avoid private transport like car or bike wherever possible. It is understood that switching to these habits would not be easy & may take some time. But, collectively people have to work on it to make our world a better place to live.
At the same time, other group of people expects government to work more on climate change. Like government can bring strict rules on pollution control specifically to factories who are major contributor in polluting the environment. Also, harsher penalties should be levied if environmental rules are not abide to by any industry or by people. It has been known fact that at the moment approach of government is very lax on such critical factor. The factories/industries/manufacturing units have been polluting air & water without worrying about its adverse impact on environment.
In my opinion, in order to avoid further deterioration of environmental conditions & to reduce the impact of global warming, it has to be combined effort from all of us. Government & people needs to work together to improve our climatic conditions. While there can be differences of opinion between group of people, but if each & every person & governing body decides to work on this challenge then I am sure we will see significant positive changes in environment very soon.
