Sample Answer 1

I would like to recollect a situation when I had to propose a project to my customers. Actually, they were looking for an innovative solution to analyze and track sales during the covid times. As the situation was different, I had to think out of the box to come up with ideas in order to attract the customers.

This was a pandemic in 100 years, and the technologies we use were only 10 or 15 years old, so this had to be seen from a different perspective. I proposed a solution to create a report that tracks live sales data from every region. This solution would automatically inform the customers about the daily statistics of the sales data. This, when implemented successfully, would offer the customers more insights and find loopholes to fill gaps and improve their sales.’

I felt confident and nervous at the same time. Confident as I know that this will really be helpful for them and they would accept it right away. Nervous as I had a lack of skills, and I had to upskill myself to do the solution. Somehow, I successfully managed to do the report, and the customers were very satisfied with my contribution. I feel this incident played an important role in trusting my instincts and creativity. I was awarded

An employee of the year for this solution, which was the icing on the cake. I know that my imagination will not get me this much praise in the future, but this kind of thinking leads to paths that are untravelled, and the exposure it provides to us is enormous.
