So I would like to say something which was quite difficult for me but was a sweet success later. I had just graduated from College in Mumbai. After completing my engineering degree in Information Technology, I was about to start a job in Mumbai. However, my parents wanted me to come over to Dubai and settle down here. With a heavy heart and no clue of where will I work, I arrived in Dubai. After months of hard work and sweat, I finally landed a job that seemed to be from IT but was completely from a different area. I had never studied or read about the technology this company was working on. It was completely out of my scope, and I had no idea how and what do I perform.

Though my manager had immense faith in me, I always used to regret that why did I get myself into such big trouble where I did not know anything. They gave me tasks that I had no clue of. I was really having a tough time trying to cope with the amount of workload being. Eventually, I understood that if I needed to survive here, I had to do something about it. I started studying day in and out. I did not enjoy my break times. I gathered a lot of resources from the internet and started studying all the work that needed to be done.

I used to often cry when I was alone because I was not able to handle the pressure of studying, working, travelling altogether. For an entire year, I did not enjoy a single weekend. Eventually, I improved and became quite well-off with the task being given to me. I started to receive appreciation from the management. Looking at my performance, they decided to make a permanent employee there.

This is my 4th year with them now, they are extremely supportive of me, and I am quite happy and relaxed now to achieve this success after such a long struggle. I still continue to study there. The best gift of success I achieved was that they now plan to put me on a management level on the basis of my excellent performance. I will always cherish this journey of making a difficult period a success.
