The office where you work does not have a proper car park. Write a letter to your manager and say
- Explain the problem of no parking space available.
- Suggest a solution for the car park problem.
- Explain how this will help your company.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my concern over inadequate parking space in our company. It has become a cause of worry for all the employees.
Let me inform you that lack of parking space has created a lot of troubles. Firstly, I have to park my car on the road. Finding a parking space sometimes causes a delay in reaching on time; resultantly, I have been given a verbal warning along, with one-fourth has been deducted from my Stephen. Secondly, parking my vehicle from the company place allows thieves to steal it or damage it. Last but not least, it is difficult for me to walk a lot to get it during rainy weather.
Furthermore, I would like to suggest you provide an adequate parking space. There is a vacant place in front of the company’s premises, which can be taken on rent to park vehicles. It would be convenient for all, and it will also assist in reducing traffic congestion on the road. Besides, free transport to local employees can work a lot as these people will use their vehicle less and that space can be used by others.
You would be surprised to know that it is better for me. I am glad to travel by company bus as it will help me reach on time and save time that I usually spend in traffic jams. In addition, hassle-free travel will assist me in using some spare sitting on a seat and listening to music, which will start my day.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
