First off, due to cutthroat competitions, making a profit in any business is not everybody’s cup of tea. Profit seekers make many attempts to incline the sales of their products. There are a plethora of ways that can bring profit. Firstly, advertisements. To elaborate it, adverts either on television or in printed materials, are a great boon to the businessmen. People update themselves by knowing about different products via newspapers, magazines or billboards. They have access to buy anything at their whim. Interestingly, the sales of that product automatically rise. For instance, manufacturers keep the people informed via shopping apps: Mantra, Flipkart and the masses get the products with a hefty discount.

Furthermore, a good relationship with customers is also mandatory for the company. Consumers prefer to do shopping from those companies, which are above board in their dealings. As it has been observed that the reason for the failure of the firms is their ineffective approach to customers. Firms get unsuccessful in alluring people to buy things. Resultantly, these do not collect enough money. To exemplify, it has been stated that buyers do not recommend others to do shopping from the same firms due to their credibility. When many companies sell their products online and if masses are not contented with the quality of the product and want a replacement, they are badly treated, and their money is not refunded. Thus, they lost their trust in these organisations. Therefore, to increase sales, customer satisfaction is indispensable.

To conclude, thus, in consideration of the above analysis, it is ostensible that the profit of a company can be increased with the assistance of adverts as well as gratifying the needs of consumers by maintaining congenial relationships.
