Overall, the number of women working at a senior managerial level in Eldan and Bamforth LTD companies increases throughout the 50 years period. In contrast, Finsbury LTD percentage was changing every 5 years.

It is clear that Eldan and Bamforth are two companies that display steady increasing figures from the beginning of the period till 2015. In 1975 and 1980, Eldan LTD got a similar data of 3%. After 5 years, they experienced more than threefold of women staff and consistently rose at the final year, who made up the biggest percentage of 64% compared to other companies.
