Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Ankitha working as a software engineer. I am writing this letter to let you know that I got a chance to travel with your airlines two days prior. I boarded the flight at Delhi airport, and my destination was Mumbai. The entire duration of the journey was five hours.
Generally, the total time to reach the destination should be three hours at the most, as mentioned in the ticket. However, due to tremendous rains, the flight got delayed. Unfortunately, the food was not provided to the passengers on the flight, and we had to starve till we reached Mumbai. Owing to the bad weather, there were electricity disruptions, the cabin lights were frequently flickering, and overall it was a tiring experience.
Please make arrangements for food if the flight gets delayed and ensure to sustain power during the travel such that our journey will be more incredible. Hence I request you take the necessary actions to overcome these problems shortly.
