You Are a Student at An English Language School and Are Living

You Are a Student at An English Language School and Are Living in Private Accommodation with Other Students from The School. You Have Not Had Hot Water or Heating for Some Time. The landlord’s Workmen Have Tried to Fix the Problem but Without Success. Write a Letter to The Landlord. In your Letter:

Dear Sir/Madam

I am Mayank, one of your tenants. I have been living in flat no. 113 for the past two years as well as I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your service regarding a hot water and heater problem.

Last week, I wrote to you the same thing: Hot water is sometimes not available for bathing or other domestic work. Your workers tried to fix this problem, but couldn’t. We are all management study students who have been living at your accommodation, and we have to arrive on time in proper uniform. At the time of bathing, if hot water is not available in the morning, you should tell us how we get ready for school. Moreover, I checked the heater, and it is too old and has a life span of over. It’s all heating coils are rusted, and the wire’s thimbles are broken.

In the end, I suggest you please arrange a new one. I know some specialists in water heaters, so I will call them to repair it. Once I pay the repair cost, I will deduct it from next month’s rent.

I hope you will look into this matter urgently.

Yours sincerely
